Plötzlich landeten wir in Stötteritz. Wir hatten Hunger, suchten eine Wohnung und eine Kinderbetreuung. Der Mittagstisch im Stötteritzer Gutshof war die erste Rettung, die Wohnung gefiel uns und irgendwann klappte es auch mit dem Kindergarten. Seither schlagen wir hier Wurzeln – mit uns ebenso ein Bäumchen und das erste eigene Gemüse. Corona war daran nicht unbeteilligt. Seit dem ersten Lockdown schätzen wir noch mehr das, was hier vor Ort ist: die neuen Freund- und Bekanntschaften, der Tante-Emma-Laden mit den leckeren Birnen aus der Region oder das neue Café am Platz. Und wir haben Lust, das Leben in diesem unaufgeregten, netten Viertel zumindest ein bisschen mitzugestalten.
